Guys, cereal goes 100 percent in before the milk. The reason why you eat cereal is to make yourself full: you are eating. If you put the cereal in first, you can measure out exactly how much cereal you need to gain fullness, and make sure it's not an unhealthy amount. Then, you can use the right proportion of milk to make it a perfect bowl. If you put the milk in first, you end up either
1) putting too much milk in, and not being able to fill the bowl with the right proportion of cereal (making a horrible consistency and sogginess)
2) having an unnecessary and unhealthy amount of cereal
3) putting too little in and not having enough
