What are the importance of spawers?
you can grind items and sell them to make money
That's what makes the most money, which is why people have public spawners to help out new players, eventually when you can afford your own ones though that's usually more convenient and obviously you'll be the only one using them.
Are they expensive
Good ones can be yes, that's why I said it's good to use public spawners and play events until you can afford your own.
If you use a public spawner it is free to use, you should then grind up until you can afford a spawner of your own and make money like that until you can get multiple spawners
What is command for public spawner
rank will get you stuff that will give you a leg up on money gen, and will give you good some armor/tools. tbh having fly and fix is more useful
There's no command, they are player built.
Either ask in chat or message someone like @Akatusuki who I know has a good free public grinder.
Can I use yours
I don't have one at the moment since i'm not rich, if you message me in-game I will probably be able to sort one out for you to use though.

in my opinion, ranks are only helpful for homes and pvs. if u use those often, a rank is probably worth it. /fly and /fix are definitely worth it, i’d recommend buying those before any rank. like subsy said, public grinders are the way to go until you can afford ur own spawners
@DaTurTelGod1 you can use Candi's public grinder just /msg cxndi shes a immortal rank and ask if you can use her public grinder,
