Spawner spawn was not modified at all. There was literally 0 changed in the spawn speed.

people are mainly talking about quantity, its easier to have a room full of like 150 chicken spawners then 150 stacked spawners. it just seems like they spawn in less quantity then they used to

and for this i definitely think a reset was needed and has helped gain players back, but it shouldve been the same tbh. miss leveling spawners
 
i miss being rich. i no longer have many beacons and many colors of wool. now i have 2 colors of wool. red and green bcuz christmas. i actually do have black wool too. i made ur skin out of those materials spycy. i should probably finish that. no.
