Yeah that's not a very good way to look at it, you shouldn't publicly complain about these things, if you want to be accepted next season, i'd stay as active as possible and just a good attitude.

You have to understand there’s a tough competition in applying. Any small error on an application is proved to be fatal within applying for staff. Unfortunately you didn’t put as much detail as they were expecting, and I’m sure others spent more than just an hour on their application. You can’t place yourself on top of the list of applicants when you obviously just aren’t there yet. I’m sure there are many things that you could do to be more interactive with the community, such as posting more, you only have roughly 180 forums posts, and I’m sure there are applicants with over 500. That’s just the way of life, you have to get accept failure and move on and try harder. Also if you only want to help people when you have power, then you're just delusional. I've helped out people create ban appeals, applications, forums accounts, etc. and I did not need any sort of power at all. If you don't feel motivated helping people without any power, you wouldn't make a good staff. You are just power hungry.

im kinda glad u got denied, i wouldnt want someone like this to be staff
 
Not really the right mindset to be staff here, I’ve been denied 3 times now and I’ve still come at it with a positive mindset. I’m sure if you keep active in game and help others, you’ll get staff next season
 
1+ hours on a staff app isn’t always that great and will probably lack detail in a few areas. I know you feel discouraged after getting your application denied, the things you said in this post proves that you are just trying to find staff on other servers. I recommend that if you really want to become staff on invadedlands, you should stay active and help players out.

You're an idiot, you trash the community you "want to be staff on". When I'm sure you would just abuse your privileges like the child you are. We don't want your negativity in this community. Stop saying you're going to quit and just leave right now :)
 
Don't let being denied bring you down. It's not the end of the world considering there will inevitably be more application seasons.

You still need to put in a decent amount of effort into an application, 30 minutes for an app could potentially have some sort of error or missing key details. You are correct about the amount you need to spend on making one.

It’s not only proofreading, it’s about how you answer the question. A well thought out answer for a question is pretty much required in order to have a chance for your application to be accepted. Answers like those typically don’t take 15-30 minutes. Spending a few hours on an application can really prove a difference compared to a 30 min- 1 hour app.
