There are multiple occasions where false bans occur. You can even contact a staff or moderator and ask if they have ever dealt with false bans. Evites is very commonly known in Invaded and very active, therefore in the position that they're in, they can be seen on multiple videos posted by Zelkam on his YouTube channel. @evites im sure they can confirm too that their bans are false as well. They get unbanned pretty frequently as well.

You might have already done this but why not appeal it?
1. Start recording
2. Go to a voice call with someone who is admin or above.
3. Share your screen and show your application to the staff member in question.
4. Use your voice to ask whether or not it was indeed a false ban.
