Ok, so I got perm muted on 24th of November, 2019.
I was so sad that day (and I knew I deserve that), but as time went on, learned my mistakes and I learned a lot.
Every appeal I tried to get myself reduced mute because I was sorry...
I thought my LAST appeal would get accepted, because @Bruva promised me he would reduce my mute on the 24th of February (2020), because my mute length would reach 3 months. BUT, he resigned so his word is no longer a thing.
So I applied my last mute appeal on the 25th of February, and I was confident I would get a reduced mute.
My last mute appeal took a lot longer to process than my others (a week) and I thought staff were going to reply to my appeal with a nice well-explained reply! So I waited. My other mute appeals got answered a lot faster.
Every mute appeal that got denied, I used the tools the staff gave me to make me more be able to get a reduce mute (Example: Don't escape the map).
So, as you know the AntiCheat admin @Kobuto, who is responsible ONLY for the bans, decided to not only deny my mute appeal, but without giving it a reason. Simply replied "Denied", after waiting a week checking everyday if my mute appeal was checked. I feel so shocked and sad today for the fact my FOURTH mute appeal got denied, but not for a good reason, like @Periys gave (a month ago), but for "Denied".
The fact it was my 4th mute appeal, the fact my mute was 3 months old, the fact that @Bruva promised me to reduce my mute on 24/2 AND the fact that @Kobuto is the AntiCheat admin who is responsible for cheat bans, but decided to deny my 4TH my mute appeal for no reason at all... If someone wants to look at my last mute appeal dm me...
Btw, I kept the delay between the appeals, if a staff member says 2 weeks to apply again, I would wait!

I am not trying to attack @Kobuto, I'm just trying to know why would he deny my 4th mute appeal if he has no reason to...
If I was Admin, I would check if the p-muted player had any bans the same month, and if he showed improvement, and I would never deny a serious player for no reason.
