What can trainees do?

The point of it is to see how that would manage with moderator perms, but I'm not sure what the exact limitations are

Trainees can: tempmute, perm mute, tempban, kick, vanish, handle reports, mute chat, clear chat etc.
It's basic permissions so you can understand the job of a moderator!
