kIt’s fairly simple to understand imo but I guess not to everyone else. But I disagree, the items that are 2% are meant to be rare, and so are event hosting as they only come in seasonal crates. They are all meant to be rare. There are already a lot of events hosted and imo it would just be unnecessary to have one every second.
