Best bet is Candi's farm or finding cave spider spawners. Good Luck!

Public grinder as others have said, or finding a mineshaft with cave spiders and mining those spawners and selling them on /ah. You need a rank and silk touch to mine them though, so if you don't have that, ask someone trusted to mine it for you.
