Hi I recently applied for staff and was denied. (This is no complain or rage appeal I just have some questions about it.) It could have been for any other reason but in my appeal the only staff experience I explained wss from servers me and my friends made which didnt have many players. Anyone know any server I can apply for staff that doesnt reqiore experience so that I can gain some for whenever I apply again.

llamacraft imo wont look good on your app, llamacraft advertises their server all over invaded discord and i doubt invaded staff likes llama and its not even worth putting on your staff app due to the fact 80% of llama is bots
yea thats true they just advertise so much and accept so many ppl

Llamacraft has had litterally like 4 bots dm me, they send messages with like a stupid amount of emojis and it's really annoying.

I wouldn't recommend jumping from like servers your friends owns to servers that have like 300+ people always on tbh.

that server is sketchy

Do you know any other smaller server looking for staff that preferably doesnt need experience
Heres some tips on applying for servers in general.

Firstly, find a server that you personally enjoy and will be able to get into easily.

Second, make sure to sign up to the servers forums, discord, pretty much do anything needed so that your fully connected with the server.

Now for the semi-hard part

Most servers have staff applications open all the time, meaning you will be able to see the format/requirements. Make sure that the requirements say that past staff experience is not completely needed.

If past staff experience is needed, feel free to add your friends servers to the application, as it can be viable for the application
(going back to llamacraft, you can apply there if you want for an easy staff app experience, but would not recommend putting on an invaded app)

Make sure to actually play the server, you cant just join the server and get staff. Personally I would recommend playing on the server for around 2-3 months, make sure to get used to the community, definitely buy a rank and just in general get to know the server as a whole.

Once you meet all the requirements and have been playing the server for a while, your know ready to write your staff application.

Staff applications aren't meant to be short, non detailed things. Make sure to put as much effort as you possibly can into the application to make sure that it looks clean and would be seen as a good application by staff/players (if the server has public applications). Make sure to detail anything needed so that you aren't missing anything important. Following the format correctly and professionally will make you look very qualified for the position.

After you post the application, be patient while waiting for your application to be decided, during this time make sure to keep your playtime and still be involved with the community.

Assuming that your app was to be accepted, you now must show complete loyalty to the server. Make sure to follow guidelines given and to listen to anything that you are needed to do.

Obviously this will take a lot of time over the months, but in the end it will be worth it.

If your looking for a server to become staff on, DM me on discord and ill hook you up with the ip.

Its a pretty big prisons server, but would be really good for staff experience and doesn't require past staff experience, as long as your application is good you should have a good chance of being accepted.

If you need help writing an application, feel free to DM me about that to, ill gladly help you with any questions/issues you may have while writing it.
