someone tped to me and claimed in my land to be annoying a couple days ago, has not returned since, someone told me to post a forum because its technically griefing so here i am, i need a mod or something to remove his claim plz, this is my first forum so idk if i did it right but thanks anyway

The best thing to do is make a new plot since it is annoying but it isn't griefing
but it just is griefing because he purposly claimed it then went, hasnt come back

Now if you did have someone tpa to you that is indeed your own fault since you are in control of who you can allow to tpa to you or not, but if someone found your plot and purposefully claimed the area around you to prevent any expansion, then you can report that player and they will get banned since its against the rules. If you had someone tpa to you and they did that, you shouldn't have tpa'ed them then.
i owned a banner shop, they asked to buy some banners, then they proceeded to jump down and claim? what does that mean (also i might not reply til tmrw as i’m going to sleep)
Sorry about that mightve gotten it mixed up, what I meant to say is that when you have some tpa to you and they just maliciously came to your claim and just blocked it off so you couldn't expands your claim then yes you can report them, however if you had for instance a house you were working on that was unclaimed (maybe because you dont have enough claim blocks to claim the full thing), and they claimed that house, that would be your fault since you didnt claim it and you wouldnt be able to do anything about it.
