unplayable lag on kit

almost every time i log onto invaded its laggy as hell. whenever i go onto any other server i'm fine, (not my computer/wifi), but when i go onto invaded players will just freeze up and i'll experience lag spikes every 5s. any recommendations? (please fix)

it's not that. literally every other server i'm fine on besides invaded, so it's not my wifi.

if you are using invadedlands.net, also try play.invadedlands.net if the first ip doesnt work
