dude i tried badlion and it's trashBadlion has always been the best, boosts FPS, togglesprint I only have to toggle once per session, and it’s just really customizable.

i don't have a "fps boosting" client/mod, even optifine doesn't boost my fps, i'm talking about mods and customization hereI use labymod and I tried using forge and every time I do//wand it crashes, and it takes a million years to load forge, and FPS is not as good
either use blc or stick with forge and have ur togglesprint in the lower middle part of ur screen so you can toggle it whenever it turns off.because i want a togglesprint that i don't need to toggle every server i join/die
