There's absolutely no point in attacking any moderators of invaded due to the issues with management. There job is to be a moderator, this involves using what is given to them by management.

People who apply for mod are people who are capable and know what to do. All of invaded mods atm have nothing to do with management issues.

The one thing we want to get people to know is that the management needs to change, working with moderators will help this a lot more than blatantly insulting and attacking people who just do there job. Kind of like attacking a cashier for something that they were told to do by a manager, its just not needed.

(This isnt a staff simp post, this is a genuine post about how we need to work with staff to help get our point across)

Everyone keep Mcdonalds thread alive, we must get them to see what the players want for the server.

Alright so, I really don't get how the management and the community are so blind. Do you seriously not get why so many OGs and actually interesting people leave? Now you'd think I'd be talking about the recent staff season, but that really was only the last straw. You guys are running a...

If you attack staff for issues like this, your not helping anything, your coming off as a complete dick.

Theres a difference between getting a point across and just insulting people.

I did read it and I believe the management should consider our voices rather than their own because it seems they aren't listening to what players want

i meaaaaaan, no matter how many times things have been or haven't been said, seeing that the suggestions to make the server and the community a better place for all mean close to NOTHING here unless the whole forums start popping off about literally everything, makes me disappointed, oop ??

Thats management, not moderators who volunteered to help the server.

Again, I would recommend reading Mcdonalds thread to get a better idea of the situation instead of hinting that mods dont listen to players.

With so many threads management would be wise to address them and get the situation under control. If the don’t do that, then the “haters” point will be justified.
 
ur right tho, its not staff's fault at all, i think they do a pretty good job at what they've signed up for, i feel like its at this point how many higher ups they have employed (like 1 dev lmao) and who has what perms (like apparently sr mods can unbl but cant look at bl appeals???)

im gonna stick to my belief that if this server is gonna get better at all they need to listen to the players and hire more devs and give sr mods perms to look at bl appeals
