listen people. it’s very understandable why y’all are mad at management for a lot of things. (server boring, taking too long for updates, community, appeals, etc.) But you have to take the other perspective into account. yes these problems exist, but really think about the things management can do to fix most of them? the only thing management can really change here is gameplay, and tbh, it’s pretty good atm. y’all can make fun of kit and sky for being repitive, but you cans hide the fact that u are having fun with friends. however, i do agree with y’all that some things need changes, and they can fix that by hiring more developers.
Regarding appeals, there is something holding the team back. there is an agreement called the NDA, which allows staff to look at player logs. You have to check player logs to handle an appeal. because of this, only three people currently can do this, as you have to be a certain age and technically it’s a contract.
Now regarding all your other concerns, what can’t they really do? what can they do about the skeppy fans and toxicity? they already do as much as possible with mutes for spam and toxicity, but they can’t do anything about the overall vibe of the community.
You have to remember this is a BUISNESS, and to them all this new traffic from skeppy is helping them.
