Dont blame moderators for the issues with invaded

There's absolutely no point in attacking any staff of invaded due to the issues with management. There job is to be a moderator, this involves using what is given to them by management.

People who apply for mod are people who are capable and know what to do. All of invaded mods atm have nothing to do with management issues.

The one thing we want to get people to know is that the management needs to change, working with staff will help this a lot more than blatantly insulting and attacking people who just do there job. Kind of like attacking a cashier for something that they were told to do by a manager, its just not needed.

(This isnt a staff simp post, this is a genuine post about how we need to work with staff to help get our point across)

Everyone keep Mcdonalds thread alive, we must get them to see what the players want for the server.

Alright so, I really don't get how the management and the community are so blind. Do you seriously not get why so many OGs and actually interesting people leave? Now you'd think I'd be talking about the recent staff season, but that really was only the last straw. You guys are running a...

@rcgret and @McDonalds pointed that out, KitPvP is dead and Skeppy has lots of money but he doesn't hire another Dev.
TehNeon has its own company, and let me remember that usually people have a life, so it's actually stupid not hiring another Dev, Mega and Zelkam manage plugins some time but that's not the same as having a dev.

You realise this thread is about mods? We want our voice to get out about MANAGEMENT not working, not attacking moderators who just volunteer to help the server.

When I refer to staff, I mean moderators. No need for toxicity.

Read the whole post where I mention moderators, staff are obviously the entire team, but mainly means for moderators.

Management would be higher staff, which is why I mentioned just "staff"

As I said in the exact next sentence, I mentioned moderators.

Im not trying to drag this out into an argument, as this is what this is going to turn into. We all have a goal, and that's to get management to start doing something about the server. Being toxic and assuming im protecting them is pretty stupid, as I've made it pretty obvious in previous posts and on mcdonalds thread about what I think.

Again, read the ENTIRE post before commenting again. Lets not create an argument in a thread about fixing the server.

Explain? Im saying to not attack moderators who volunteer for the server, or just people directly.

Again, this refers mainly to a post made by another player where they went and attacked various moderators almost personally, and insanely unneeded.

If you dont agree with the post, its a lot better to write out why instead of just saying you dont like the post.
