Currently its hard to talk to staff about appeals, as even mentioning it, they will probably just ignore it for longer.
I find this also kind of annoying when everyone says "be patient" to people who make posts about being false bled/banned. Its completely understandable for someone to be punished and complain when it takes longer then a month.
Appeals should be prioritized in a way that management should take time out of there day to read them and accept/deny. This is one of the only bigger servers where it takes absolutely forever to review them.
The NDA is the only thing needed to review them, but unless theres something on it that says they cant be done daily (which would be horrible imo), then thats the only reason I can see why it takes forever.
Just taking some time out of the schedule to do that would help a lot, and reduce the amount of posts about people complaining about topics such as yours. (dont mean that in a bad way, but more in a way of management should actually do appeals lmao)

We dont absolutely hate the server, were just pointing out flaws that are seriously hurting the overall OG playerbase of the server. We cant just sit back and hope everything works out without saying anything.
We want the server to be better, but not getting our word out wont change that.
I hate that kind of mentality that you shouldnt voice ur opinions or leave. That's not how the world works and such. I agree.

1. We are not all 13 year old kids. (Even so, some rare 13 year olds can be cool!)
2. Yes they don't have to listen to us technically but the player's opinion matter and we have a right to point out problems with the server. Stop simping for the management. We don't have to listen to you either telling us what we can complain about.
