Why tf would you chargeback. Apex explained it best like a day ago when someone else threatened this...
First: At the bottom of this post:

You're making threats of committing fraud and violating the store policy. I'm sorry, but this is selfish; You're expecting change and improvements, but you're making threats of PayPal buyer protection abuse and essentially stealing money off InvadedLands.

Second he explained it a bit more in this post:

Because it is illegal to steal money off another person or company regardless of the reason, and that user agreed to the terms and conditions in store that describes about purchased items and goods.

Third, he listed the reasons that paypal allows chargebacks here, which don't fit into the category of "I'm mad at a server!!"

• Unauthorized account access and use
• Items not received from the seller
• Items significantly not as described

Threatening a charge back won't help your situation at all. Just wait for the appeal to be read.

nah you do get your money back

find the payment on paypal, "file a dispute", say that it was incomplete/different. bullshit your way through it with correct grammar saying stuff like you were promised this and that but you didnt get it and now you have been wrongly banned from the program so you cannot use it anymore.

go into the dispute center or whatever its called, find it, escalate to paypal, say that you've attempted to fix the issue outside of paypal with the seller but to no luck, 100% money back guarante
