Tamed vs untamed checks could be difficult to implement. Cows work well for farming leather, not much of a need for this. -1

Villager stacking was added to reduce lag, though it can be annoying when trying to create compact trading areas. Perhaps there are other ways around the lag associated with villagers? +1/0

-1, muted players were muted for a reason and not being able to respond to people to tell them that they are muted is simply something that comes with that punishment. There is no reason that players who have broken the rules should be benefited.

Anticheat bans are already public, so I'm assuming you are referring to bans from staff members. We do have the option to publicly ban people, but usually that floods the chat as people realize a certain staff member is online and therefore that staff member may find it difficult to continue their duties with all of the chat spam. (For those who don't know, however, there is usually always at least one staff member on each server so if you need help, ask for it.) Overall, -1 on this idea - bans directly from staff members should remain silent.

This could be a cool feature that would encourage players to buy ranks. I also feel /skin should be added to both Skyblock and Survival. +1

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but the only reason you'd need to know someone's rank is curiosity, correct? There's no reason a whole new command needs to be created just to view someone's rank. I would just wait until they come back from being AFK and ask them.

maybe not nether claim unless they make sure you can't claim nether portals, but other than that yeah I don't like it when nether portals are broken by 'funny people' (basically, you can't claim other people's nether portals.)
