How do you get Sharpness 4/5 swords? Can you Enchant a sharpness 2 sword with sharpness 2 to get sharpness 3? Or would doing that do nothing? I Would just like to know how that works, and if there is a way to combine items if this way doesn't work.

At /warp shop you can only pay for the enchantments on the wall. You hold out the item you'd like to enchant, and right-click the sign. If you have enough money, it will enchant with that enchant. You can not combine weapons, or people would have literal god sets they wouldn't die in.

To answer the other part of your question, you get sharp 4/5 and p4 etc from crates.
To be more specific, sharp 4s can only be obtained via Invaded crate keys and vote crate keys, or sharp 4s can be bought via the auction house (/ah). Sharp 5s can only be obtained by event crate keys or the auction house. The other swords (sharp 3-1) can be obtained via kits, all of the crate keys and the enchanting signs at /warp shop.
You can also /ah people list stuff all the time on there.
