I have been thinking of joining the build team. I am pretty experienced with building (3-4 years of experience) but, some people are telling me that applications right now just get denied instantly. Could someone tell me the truth please?

I was going to apply for builder but I saw that 30 pages were denied and 3 people were accepted... please tell me I am actually blind this can’t be true.
