Am I blind or 3 people out of 30 pages of builder applications are accepted

I was going to apply for builder but I saw that 30 pages were denied and 3 people were accepted... please tell me I am actually blind this can’t be true.

they have super high standards for builders, but they also havent needed builders for anything recently so they havent been accepting

Out of 1000+ application companies receives, maybe 2-5 might be hired.

Only the top contenders make it, you have to prove to them you're worth it or you'll be like the other 29 pages.
If you spend 10 hours making your application, spend 1 more on editing and rereading it, it's all about how you present yourself!
