i cant apply for staff but... what I think is not to do, (1) don't be a dick on your app by not saying your better then someone else's app or doing anything stupid against other people/staff. That will just start a huge flame war significantly risking your chances of being staff. and (2) Use common sense. If you lack that, you don't stand a chance. and (3), be honest.
