    yes, i dont know if it counts but i own a server, its on apex hosting but i have banned 3 ppl for being mean and stuff

    Unfortunately just one experience isn't gonna be enough. They're looking for people with lots of experience, that staffed servers with big player bases, and staff that have banned hundreds of people before. You might however get some feedback this season, such as "Not enough detail" or "not enough experience" and that may help you in the future.
