Stop post boosting, it makes you look pretty bad. I know in your staff app, they said you should be more active on forums, but that doesn't mean reply to every single thread. If you don't know an answer to a question, or the question has already been answered, just don't reply to the thread at all. Especially if the thread hasn't been replied to in over a day.
