Problem was solved and I was able to get back online. But I still hope there is a better way to solve this softlock problem in case this happens to anyone else.

Every time I try to join survival I get kicked from Queue. It started last night after the reset when I tried to warp to /pw trial! and then all of a sudden my commands and chat didn't work. So I relogged and found that when I join survival it puts me into the queue, but instead of putting me into survival, it just takes me out of the queue and I remain in the hub. Please help me.

Where do I go to get support???

Ummmm... I can't join survival... Help. I tried to Queue for survival, but I get kicked from the queue. Is this some kind of bug?
