Okay, well I assuming you're getting placed into the queue, and then potentially getting kicked from it. Normally, all that's required to solve this issue is time. Try leaving and rejoining, closing Minecraft and relaunching it. or potentially restarting your computer.

When you state that you couldn't get in again, do you mean you couldn't get in the server, or the game mode Survival? Either way, your issue should be resolved by now unless you haven't already left and re-joined the server.

You're always able to purchase something off the Invaded Store (here) for someone. However, make sure the recipient has their Tebex Protection Disabled. This GUI can be accessed via the command "/tebexprotection".
