i cant join survival

why cant i join survival i did /pw mall and then i fell into the ground. i left as fast as possible and i couldn't get in again.

When you state that you couldn't get in again, do you mean you couldn't get in the server, or the game mode Survival? Either way, your issue should be resolved by now unless you haven't already left and re-joined the server.

Okay, well I assuming you're getting placed into the queue, and then potentially getting kicked from it. Normally, all that's required to solve this issue is time. Try leaving and rejoining, closing Minecraft and relaunching it. or potentially restarting your computer.
