I bought July Crates for the new Survival season, and won the Rare Block Bundle! However, while I got the average blocks (crying obsidian, blue ice, etc.), the two main prizes, Dragon Head & Dragon Egg, did not appear in my inventory. Am I missing something, or did my crate just scam me?

I have been soft-locked from Survival. Whenever I log on, I get a very large error message. It has something to do with an Internal Exception? Any time I log on the Survival server specifically, I get immediately kicked. I was wondering if there is any way for a staff member to help fix this?
