Well now it's kinda ambiguous ig. It used to be allowed. Now that can be considered as griefing near a claim if there is a claim "nearhy". What "nearby" is? No one knows . Also why you so ruuuude

If you grief an unclaimed base, it is allowed. If you grief the border of someone's claim, thus using a loophole to still grief them without being able to place in their claim, it is not allowed.
