I had recently got banned for entering a duel and getting stuck in the air. When I appealed they responded 5 days later telling me that I need to mine for an unban? They just want to make money by hoping we buy jail credits. So have a shit anti-cheat will profit them.

I'd assume logs would show it, but they don't even try with the copy and paste response.
I have had the exact same situation a while ago just that I was stuck outside of spawn. They told me I had to mine a week or two later which i can understand why you would be annoyed. No offense to Luke, but whenever he does ban appeals he wants to make sure all the possible facts are covered, and he is the manager that mainly checks ban appeals, so with that being said the only way people can expect to get unbanned from a false ban is if they show proof via a clipping software so I suggest everyone who has gotten false banned in the past or recently to use a clipping software so that whenever you get false banned the staff members can see that it was a truly false and not just a player trying to avoid a ban.
