the staff are unpaid volunteers with school and jobs and general irl stuff going on, all they can rlly do is forward your information to management anyway with the specific permissions that they have- they cannot rlly help with this

did you happen to abuse any bugs that may have caused staff to wipe your player vaults? that's the only reason that would be happening

I think the player vault wipe is a bug in the server because there are quite a lot of people that got their player vaults wiped for no reason. But I don't think you need to be THAT mad about being wiped. You can just make a report that your vault got wiped and just wait enough for the managers to fix it and also return your items if it was a false wipe.
