I fully agree with you, don't get me wrong I wasn't having a go at you. I was simply saying that people do make mistakes and the trainee's are still quite new. Additionally I am unsure who hires the new moderators, but sometimes you can't know how someone will be until you see how they work. So only time will tell if the new Trainees are doing well or not, in this instance it could simply have been an impulsive ban or not very well thought out, not enough evidence taken and not enough critical thinking. Hopefully this is avoided in the past. Hopefully it isn't someone abusing their new found power. To the new trainees who may see this, just make sure you use good judgement and truly make sure that everyone involved is an xrayer and or if they are friends with the xrayer can see that the "Friend" is xraying.

This is even what the top server "Hypixel" does, and if you complain that InvadedLands gives you the option to purchase ranks and keys, then you should be against every single server just like Hypixel. In addition, if you get jailed and you think your punishment was unjustified, then why don't you just appeal it here through the forums? Finally, if you have already done so and got denied, then there is EVIDENCE of you violating the rules and you either be waiting for the ban to expire, OR you mine coal and collect 3000 credits.Staff don’t get paid I’m pretty sure

To be completely honest I’m with you on that I got banned on an alt account for “hacking” even tho I’ve never used hacks it was because I was laggy, and I thought oh no biggie the false banned me but then I started playing on my main account and decided to apply for staff to try and make it a better server and because of my passion for Minecraft not only does the moderator (smokePVP) not give me any details to why he said I didn’t get the position I then messaged him asking for reasons on why I didn’t get it, and how I could improve and when I applied again in three months after that I got blacklisted on my main account no reason why could do anything so I messaged smokePVP who still hasn’t responded and someone named Rickhard or something like that and he told me that it was ban evasion so I responded explaining how it was a false ban and i shouldn’t have been banned but when I messaged other mods no one responded to me and tried to help me and you wouldn’t believe what he did HE IGNORED ME TOO these staff are lazy and do the absolute bare minimum they should be fired and a new team of staff should be put in

To achieve that position it needs a lot of effort in your application and interview, and keep in mind that trainee is not a permanent staff position so this is the chance for new staff to prove that they are worthy to secure a permanent role as server moderators. Also something that I have heard and seems to be true, trainees are expected to make little to NO mistakes to pass their trial period and become server moderators, so Skeppy and the management team are not joking around here.. They need people capable of moderating and maintaining the server as the best experience for players.
