Your voucher will show up in /vouchers, and when it is redeemed the piece of paper will look enhcanted. Then all you have to do is click the piece of paper in /vouchers and a clickable link will show up in your chat. Clicking this saves your vouchers code to your clipboard and it is then ready to be pasted into the store at checkout. Just sit tight and be patient and a manager will get to it when they can!
