He can't stop hundreds of players for joining a queue, it'll kind of be weird to kick someone out of the queue. The server has been more popular because of Skeppy's status but that doesn't necessarily mean that he gets people to come on the queue, he doesn't control that but he just makes videos like this. People do enjoy the game, it's just because of Skeppys popularity, people just try get into event which should be perfectly fine.

Making a server isn't exactly as easy as buying it and starting it... It needs to be configured, and a different queue system needs to be implemented, and more.
