2times perms to host a double sumo event out 5 easter crates

I bought 5 easter crates but I won 2 times the perms to host a double sumo event. I only have a screenshot of the last crate with the perms. Is there something that I can do to get 1 easter crate back, or did I just lost 1 easter crate? Maybe can the staff check my crate history to see the proof that I won the double sumo perms 2 times.

^ what he said. I know that it’s kinda lame that you can keep winning the same event host perms/chat color/etc. over and over but that’s part of the risk you take with the crate keys.
