Step 1: Try finding any free software to block the DDOS attack.
Step 2: If you cant block the DDOS attack try putting a fan to prevent the router from failing due to overheating and wait until the attacker decides to give up.
Step 3: If the attacker will pretty much not stop try talking to the internet provided to change the wifi password, name, and Ip.

Note: I never had such thing happen to me with my wifi so I don't know if they will actually work.
