It was a private suggestion, and it will most likely remain that way for some time.

Doubt players would want to be seen reporting people behind someone else’s back. Would cause the person reporting to be possibly targeted by friends of the person.

We don't need players fearing retaliation by who they reported and it goes the same for staff members, just runs a big safety risk & it had no reason to be public in the first place and won't be again
