A question, a really stupid question

So you know, I was vibing until I thought of something: If a player got banned and uses another account, they will get blacklisted. So even if you are banned, you are not allowed to log on with other accounts, then why don’t they just blacklist people instead of banning them?

Sorry if this seems like a stupid question but I just want to know why Lmaoo

I mean there are cases where people have siblings that share the same ip so that could be a problem. there are other reasons but thats just one scenario

I don’t mean “everyone” , I’m saying that you should just blacklist all cheaters and not just ban them
