A rant about treatment towards donators...

Hey!
As some of you may know, I'm a heavy supporter of the server. When I say heavy supporter, I mean I've invested a lot of money into the server. After all of the ranks, crates, sell wands and other stuff I've bought, I was bound to run into some issues at some point. My problem isn't with the issues themselves, but with the staff's response when contacted about these issues. Here are a list of examples:

1. Duplicate ranks: I've won a duplicate rank from a crate key in the past. This rank was valued at ~$50USD. I think it's absolutely ridiculous that I wasn't given anything to make up for the lost rank. I don't care that there are no rank vouchers or anything like that, at the end of the day, I was scammed out of $50 and I don't understand why there is nothing in place to protect donators from this issue. After contacting support, they offered absolutely no help.

2. Island expansions: Again, I won an island expansion from a crate. Never got it. After 2 weeks of my purchase support ticket being pending, I've still heard nothing. Myself and some other knowledgeable players have concluded that island expansions don't work due to a failure to properly configure the bSkyblock config file (and it's too late to fix this) and that this is why purchase tickets are left unanswered. This is already aggravating enough, but the fact that they continue to sell island expansions in the store for real money is absolutely preposterous since there's no way devs aren't aware of this issue.

This is kinda over the top, but where I live (Canada), selling a product and then failing to deliver on that product's promises is illegal and requires a full refund to be admitted to the customer. I'm not trying to sound like a (pardon the cringey meme) Karen, but this is all true.

3. Coupon codes: this is a much smaller issue, but why is it that the coupon codes given with every purchase only apply to certain items? I would understand making them non-applicable to rank upgrades, but they don't work with some crates keys and it's quite infuriating.

I'm not trying to bash the server and their staff team by writing this post, but I think that after all the support and patience that I've shown, I should be entitled to at least a response to my tickets, but the proper thing to do would be to offer solutions to these problems, to show your gratitude for your paying supporters. Because right now, we don't feel very appreciated.

Your concerns are valid. Regardless of donator status, support should be effective and efficient. I’ll forward this information to the correct people, heavily focusing on the island expansion part. In regards to purchase support tickets, please be mindful that only a handful of people have access to these.

Remember the time they let hundreds (thousands?) of people buy fly on a game mode only to completely change the way it works by severely nerfing it? Or the time hundreds (thousands?) of people bought ranks for a game mode that went offline for like year? Or the countless features that drew people to a game mode that the developer has slowly removed over the course of the tiny pathetic season that it came back? Unfortunately, due to us being "donators", I'm fairly certain that there's no path that would allow us as "customers" to take legal action against the server as a business. That being said, if any real business went about conducting themselves in such a way that aligned with good ol' InvadedLands, they 1. Wouldn't be in business long and 2. Would ultimately face some sort of legal repercussions for basically scamming people.

Same here, I won 2nd top rank and got nothing back from it, even after contacting staff. Seriously sucks to win such an expensive rank and get nothing back.
