I'm going to leave this server because I find it extremely unballanced (already mentioned in one of my previous posts) and when I need help no staff are willing to wich. Thats a 0 rating on customer service. I get muted all the time for nothing and when I start conversations with staff regarding the issues none of them reply as if we nons are some kind of scum. It's disgracefull. Therefore said If this issues can be fixed in the future I may be back.

Anyone replying to this post I won't see it so don't bother unless the problems are fixed.

I agree the staff don’t really help the community; I asked Apex to help me with a banned alt problem on discord, and he messaged me a ? and left. He hasn’t replied since. I also messaged LukeLovesCandy in game about this and he completely ignored me. Although he ignored you, I do not believe it was because you are a non. I simply believe staff are just lazy or something. On the contrary, Wqlk and Hamoka are great staff!
