Honestly your best bet at this point would be to plead guilty and wait the ban 30 day out, because from experience zelkam and kobuto usually don't accept non-guilty appeals

it... was a permanent ban. i don't know why, it just was. i also plead guilty the second time, zelkam still denied it.

Staff have no obligation to tell you why you were banned. Just appeal and wait it out. If you were banned for "Cheating", that was the anticheat and not a manual ban. They can't specifically say why you were banned anyhow unless logs were checked/
