About staff/ higher ups. Needs to be said

Right invadedlands just need more people to be higher ups who have like full access like ips buycraft etc. It’s ridiculous the amount of players banned /blacklisted for chargeback related things, anticheat whatever and the lower staff members having to await higher ups to log check.
In my opinion there needs to be more higher ups WHO ARE ACTIVE ! And actually look at appeals/reports. And I also think Moderator should be able to log check themselves as they’re trusted players already or they wouldn’t of been accepted then pass the trainee role.

the lower staff like mods and below and excellent higher ups are not. I’m aware they have different stuff to do but they should be able to get round appeals quicker then they do. If they’re to busy, get more higher ups. Easier said then done but it’snot impossible. Hierarchy just needs a revamp. Disagree or agree with me up to you, this is my opinion no hate intended.

Bruva mentioned in another post that they are brainstorming ideas on how to deal with bl appeals and ban appeals, I asked a question about what he meant by that but i didn't get anything back from him ?‍

Likely because that is not information that is ready to be shared yet. As Hyper said, your guys' concerns are high on management's radar. It is certainly much easier said than done, especially with certain limitations that exist right now, but they are constantly working on ways to maximize efficiency and improve your experience going forward.

any questions that he can answer, there are certain things that we can't talk about or share as of this moment. there isn't anymore he could've said anyway, he said that they are brainstorming ideas on how to deal with appeals quicker, and thats what they're doing. Not much more to it at the moment.

That’s great but a lot of players have already left because it has taken forever personally I feel like there needs to be a dramatic change of efficency or else the players who quit will not return. If it is revamped etc or reworked like you said quickly and efficiently some players may return it’s just time longer it takes more likely they’re not to come back and for more players to leave

its not really high concerns its more that players miss invaded if they are banned for 40 days they ofc would miss it if they have a routine of playing it everyday and then if they get the news that their ban appeal has been escilated and that their is news going around that higher up staff are slower then usaual it gets them annoyed cus they have to wait longer

Understandable that players would get annoyed if they are having to wait that long for their ban or blacklist appeal to be looked at and that is the reason why they are looking at different ways to make this system more efficient so that appeals can get handled better in the future.

No I can tell you that what Zackyyy meant by finding a quicker way to deal with them dosent mean thats there only thing that keeps them down from doing the blacklist / ban appeals but rather other stuff that is needed to be done.
