ok so atm theres this kid named Acelizt, and for litterally the past hour, hes been spamming as fast as he can in chat: "SKEPPY I KNOW YOU ARE ONLINE YOU CANT HIDE FROM ME TP ME ITS IMPORTANT" and so i duel a friend and check if there is any staff on, and lumboc is litterally online, not doing shit. I just dont understand invaded staff sometimes, this server just gives me brain damage

personally dont really think a report should be made on lumboc. he was in vanish, he could’ve been afk, its not like he was unvanished talking in chat. serpent/chubbydog abused a glitch in order to see which staff were online (purposefully dueled in order to see what staff were online in vanish) so he should be the one punished.
A staff report will be denied if Lumboc was indeed afk, but it may help if the staff member would've been able to do something about the issue and didn't (which I doubt, but it's still a possibility). About the glitch, I agree with you.

You shouldn't even be able to see that staff are online and vanished and there's a reason why you're not supposed to be able to see it - it's to stop misunderstandings like this.
We all have lives outside of the block game moderation we do (for free) and we may leave our desk for a period of time to perhaps have a drink, eat some food, speak to our family members, go outside - and hey - don't sue me - but maybe use the toilet? ?
Make a player report (with evidence) of the player that's spamming and I'll happily deal with it.
