Instead of publicly complaining, I suggest you /report [ign] ingame for a staff member to do their job the best possible. You could also use the forums by making use of your opportunity to report the player through the forums via the player reports section. This ensures that even if there are no staff on, the offending player is still brought to justice as soon as possible.
I would also like to add that making threads like this is generally useless, if you are so bothered about this then you could try to help yourself by doing the things I listed above.

I did /report lmfao. And reporting someone through forums doesn't make staff active. Also not everyone records when they pvp.
I think it was pretty clear that I never said making a player report makes staff active. I said that even if staff isn't on, the cheater still gets banned.
Also, you have to take into consideration timezones. Right now, it's early morning in NA (same goes for the time you posted). Most of the staff team will be asleep, and the ones that are up have their own lives, it's quite unfair for you to assume that they should spend this time dealing with your needs and moderating a block game if they have a rank.
If you did /report and no one saw it, I'm really sorry but some things will just be like that. This is why there is an AC which acts as a sort of fallback system in this scenario. If you don't record when you pvp, I strongly suggest you do because even if it knocks off a couple frames it's still worthwhile because you know that you've personally helped the server and carry out a punishment to someone who wasn't supposed to be doing something.
It was around 3pm for NA staff when i posted the thread and around 9pm-10pm for EU staff, so there should've been at least 1 online mod, yet there wasnt.
You still have to respect that they have lives outside of Invaded

They dont spend any time. Only active staff are luke and lumboc. And they don't do staff work they just host events.
