I could see this being an issue considering there will be more for the staff to moderate and considering it is immediate distance it would be harder to moderate. I don’t see them ever adding this feature.

As said above by other players Voice Chat I think will never be added to Inavdedlands (Besides Event-B Skeppy hosted a couple events with it) because it is extremely hard to Moderate, I believe there are some work arounds to this as I have seen on some other servers but I don't know, Blurmit may be able to code some Plugin to make it easier to Moderate but I highly doubt it. Good idea otherwise I'd love if Inavded had it as well
Well, moderation may be an issue, but Simple Voice Chat is an opt in feature, and Invaded already offers unmoderated voice chat through their Discord servers. I don't see how having to record in order to report someone for breaking rules via SVC is any different than that. ETA: If you've never used it before, you should know that deafening in SVC is done with just a keybind, and players can see when you're deafened or don't have the mod.
The biggest issue I personally see is that to use SVC, you have to have the version of the plugin that matches the server's, which may require too many brain cells from typical Invaded players. Also, that likely forces anyone who wants to use SVC to use the exact game version (1.21.5) used by Survival.
