I was playing mc i was bored on sb so i payed apex 1$ like 100 times bec i wanted to waste my money. Then i got BANNEND for 1h WAT. LEGITMLY ApexWassabi BANNED ME when it is not even a rule ffs. EVeryone if ur reading this LOOK IN THE rules There is NO RULE SAYING Dont SPAM PEOPLE MONEY FFS. And a couple of days ago i asked people in chat to report this kid spamming his yt every 5 sec. Then Veeti said dont ask people to report someone. ANd u know what he did? DIDNT DO NOTHING ABOUT THE KID SPAMMIN. WTf ACTUALLT WTF THEse mods legitmly ffs they suck
 
uhhh. thats kinda stupid ngl. if someones promoting these should get muted. and if someone is spamming suck my pp they should get muted. and i think builders have perm to mute. except spamming with 1$ is annoying af. so i would probably get hella mad.

That does seem a bit strange but if you read the rules as you said under Communication Rules:
  • No spamming/flooding chat or encouraging spam (general rule of thumb of what qualifies as spam; 3 or more duplicate messages in a 10s span)
You weren't flooding public chat but you were flooding his chat. It does seem like a bit of a harsh punishment though for that. He could've probably just toggled his pay.
 
1. Builders don’t have perms to mute/ban.
2. The rules state:
*Note* Even if something isn't specifically listed on here that does NOT make it automatically allowed! If you are ever unsure please contact staff!
3. Yes, people should report him for spamming, but make a player report in the forums with a picture for proof.
4. Staff don’t suck. It also doesn’t seem like you could do any better.

This happened to me kind of, i got perm banned for ‘cheating’ when i wasn’t even on a hacked client, using fly, or doing anything suspicious that rewards me with that ban. it’s so unfair..
