If i was banned on main acc for something I didn’t do, am i allowed to play in an alt?

No, this is ban evading and will get you blacklisted, if you appeal and get accepted then you'll be able too.

On top of the previous two responses, the best thing you can do is wait and be patient when making a ban appeal. If you get denied or it takes a while, the worst things to do are the following:
Constantly DM staff
Annoy the staff
Constantly ask about the ban appeal
Ban evade
That last one, ban evasion, is truly one of the worst things you can do if you got banned, so I would highly recommend you not doing it
