A final decision has been issued on the artwork created by me known as "Dream Come True":
I spoke briefly with Rikhard_ about this. Basically, my second punishment, which I did not discuss publicly, was because I misinterpreted mqgy's court order to stop distributing the book, it turns out I was expected to get rid of my copies as well.
What does this mean for you?
You might very well own a copy of the "Dream Come True" book. 60 copies or so were sold before mqgy ruled that it was not allowed. If you do, Rikhard_ said you are most likely NOT at risk of being banned just for owning one, as you were not the original distributor. However, if you distribute it in any way, such as by dropping it at spawn or selling it on the AH, YOU ARE AT RISK OF BEING BANNED. You will most likely be punished for "Inappropriate Cosmetic", as I was, which carries a 24-hour sentence for the first offense and a 7-day sentence for the second. Do not sell or distribute your copy of the "Dream Come True" book. If you want your friends to read it, send the contents through something other than InvadedLands.
Rikhard_ encourages you, as an owner of this book, to dispose of your copy. This is not legally mandated. However, you expose yourself to less legal risk if you choose to do so.
If you have the "Dream Come True" map art, you may continue to keep, display, sell, distribute, and copy it, because it is allowed on InvadedLands. That said, In a personal capacity, I would not like you to sell copies of my mapart at your own store. Please buy a copy at /pw EnderArt and make copies for your personal use.
