An inactive player problem

so 2 days ago i found someone to build me a house i paid him like 1 m and am still gonna pay him he finished the house and it looks awesome
but i cant find him active anymore i dont think he scammed me (even scammind is allowed)
but i wanna kno if like a mod or someone tell me when he is active like the time he is being active so i can find him and talk to him
or if possible i know its propebly not if they can unclaim the land for me beacuse he claimed it
btw i have trust on his land i can build and do everything

I guess the best thing you can do is write a sign at the house. If the player doesnt come back to claim the reward I guess that is too bad for them. Just have 1 mil ready at any time and write them a message at the front of the house telling them to msg you to claim their reward. I do not believe any mod would tell you if they have been online
